Eight winners from the first open qualifiers and four winners from the second open qualifiers will advance to the closed qualifiers, along with four directly invited teams (2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th place from VCT Qualifiers), forming a 16-team arena. In the closed qualifiers of VRL Turkey, these 16 teams will be divided into 4 groups of 4 teams each and compete in BO3 format against each other.
