These Binding Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to services (hereafter individually a “Service” and collectively the “Services”) offered on ready2.gg (the "Platform") by ESA Bilişim Elektronik Spor A.Ş. ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"), a Turkish corporation registered to Istanbul Trade Registry with trade number of 150899/5 and Mersis number of 0377-0721-8110-0001 with registered address Maslak Mahallesi Ahi Evren Caddesi 42 Maslak Sitesi No:6/70 Sarıyer Istanbul Turkey.
By registering for an account and/or becoming a member to participate in any game or tournament offered on the Platform you confirm your knowledge of and agreement to be bound by the then most current version of these Terms, which can be accessed from the Platform.
Company may, at any time and of any reason, amend these Terms by publishing the amended terms on the Platform. All amended terms shall automatically be effective seven (7) days after they are initially published or otherwise accepted by you. By accessing or using the Platform or the Services you acknowledge such modifications may occur and that you are responsible to stay up to date with any changes. Additional terms may apply to your use of a particular Service. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any additional terms that apply to a particular Service, the additional terms shall prevail.
These Terms were last updated and became effective, on 2023-06-01.
“Game(s)” means any skill based esport game that is provided through the Service. All Games provided through the Service are to be considered games of skill, i.e. games where the outcome is not dependent on chance, but on the players’ efforts and expertise.
"Game Owners" means the developer or publisher of any Game.
“Competition(s)” means the competitions, leagues and tournaments in competitive computer games, offered or conducted in the Platform.
“Content” means all texts, graphics, videos, pictures and all other information that you or anyone else upload and/or publish or in other ways make available for others at the Platform or via the Service.
“Cheat” means, for the purposes of this Terms, an act which (i) seeks to offer a User unfair or dishonest advantage over other players of Games and Competitions offered on the Platform, (ii) seeks to exploit a bug or defect in the Service, the Platform or the Games, or (iii) is contrary to good sportsmanship or fair play in the opinion of the Company at its sole discretion.
“Match-fixing” means the manipulation of the outcome of a Competition in order to achieve a predetermined result, such as deliberately losing or throwing a match, manipulating the game or the players in order to change the outcome, or colluding with other players or teams to gain an unfair advantage. Match-fixing is an illegal act as per Article 11 of the Law on the Prevention of Violence and Disorder in Sports.
“you” or “your” means you who use the Service.
“Third Party Content” means any resource or content provided by third parties on the Platform which may include links to third party services and resources.
“Ticket System” means the tool available in the Platform which enables the Company to manage and track User inquiries, complaints and feedbacks. When a User submits a report through the Ticket System, the issue will be assigned to a dedicated customer service personnel who will track the progress of the issue until it is resolved. Such personnel may contact the user via platform’s chat services or User’s registered e-mail and telephone number if necessary.
“User(s)” means the registered user of the Platform.
“User Account” means the personal password protected account used to identify specific Users during use of the Service.
ready2.gg is an online esport competitions platform where gamers are able to participate in various online Competitions in popular esport titles and compete for money and other types of prizes. Services may include:
Users are able to compete in Competitions in the competitive computer games which are supported on the Platform from time-to-time. Users (and only Users) will be able to participate in such Competitions, whether they are organized by the Company or third parties. Competitions provided on the Platform are categorized as "games of skill" and the outcome of any matches played in a Competition is solely the result of skill but not chance.
The computer games provided through or integrated with the Platform are offered as-is and are owned by the Game Owners. Games that are provided through the Platform are available to Users and third parties solely for the purpose of playing, hosting, organizing Competitions and for creating viewer and user base on the Platform.
For avoidance of doubt, Game Owners may through separate agreements with the Company restrict or limit the extent to which Users and third parties can access to Services and Competitions through the Platform. Accordingly, the Services provided on the Platform may vary for different Games.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, and/or discontinue properties of the Service at any time including, but not limited to, (i) functionality, (ii) features, and (iii) services, with or without notice. All new functionality, features or services introduced to the Service will be subject to what is stipulated in these Terms. We will take reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational and fully functional during changes described above.
You are subject to all laws of the country in which you reside and from which you access the Services, and are solely responsible for adhering to those laws. You agree that the Company is not and cannot be held liable if laws applicable to you restrict or prohibit your participation. Company does not warrant that Services on the Platform are appropriate or available for use outside the Turkish Republic. It is prohibited to access the Platform from territories where content of Services and Platform are deemed illegal or unlawful. If you access the Platform from locations outside the Turkish Republic, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Company reserves the right to monitor the location from which you access the Platform and to block access from any jurisdiction in which participation is illegal or restricted.
In order to register to the Platform you must: (i) be a natural person, at least 13 years old, (ii) governed by a jurisdiction where all activities offered through the Service and the Platform are legal, and (iii) comply with these Terms at all times.
Additional terms may apply to your use of the Platform or your participation to any Competitions (i.e. certain Games may require that the participant must be at least 18 years old). Participant of a Competition must accept and obey by the rules and terms announced by the Game Developer and organizer of a Competition.
By using or accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement to abide by all the Terms and, where you are aged between 13 and 18, you have obtained your guardian’s consent to register for this Platform and/or participate in the Competitions offered.
To register to the Platform, you are required to provide us with at least, but not limited to, the following information: (i) your full name, (ii) your e-mail address, (iii) a username and nickname, (iv) a password, (v) a confirmation that you are thirteen (13) years or older. We may further require your guards name, surname, degree of relationship, contact information.
Upon your registration, we may ask for permission to connect your User Account to your game (such as Riot Games account for League of Legends and Valorant and Steam accounts) accounts. These Terms will not be applicable to your game accounts or the information that you disclose to these. Please refer to these accounts’ terms of service and privacy policy for further information in this regard. We reserve the right to ask for identity checks if there is a lack of transparency in the account that you synced.
By accepting these Terms and registering for a User Account, you warrant that the information you provide is current, accurate, true and complete. You are responsible for keeping your information updated and complete. We do not examine or take any responsibility with regards to the validity of information provided by the Users. If we have sufficient reasons to suspect that you are registering a User Account with purposely incorrect information, we reserve the right to suspend, or if needed, terminate your User Account.
You are only allowed to register for one (1) User Account. Only natural persons are allowed to register for a User Account, which may be used by only one (1) individual. We reserve the right to monitor any effort to establish multiple accounts. In the event it is discovered that you have opened more than one account, all accounts may be closed without notice.
We reserve the right to deny access to anyone, including, but not limited to, those Users who use proxy servers and/or IP addresses residing in certain geographical areas.
You are solely responsible for all obligations stipulated hereunder and for full compliance with these Terms and are entitled to all benefits accruing thereto. You acknowledge and agree that you will be entirely responsible for any and all access to the Platform or your use of the Service and that you are liable for all actions and activities conducted under your User Account. You may not allow any other person to access your User Account, access the Platform, accept any prizes, or participate in any Competition using your User Account. Your User Account is not transferable to another person.
We reserve the right to reclaim your username and suspend or terminate your User Account if activities occur which constitutes or may constitute a violation of these Terms or of any applicable local or international laws, rules or regulations.
We may at any time require you to provide proof of eligibility to participate in order to continue to allow your access to the Platform, and you hereby acknowledge and accept this condition as a reasonable measure to ensure the security of the Platform. We, at our sole and absolute discretion, shall have the right to suspend and/or terminate your User Account in the event of your failure to provide evidence of identification and/or eligibility satisfactory to us.
You acknowledge that the team captain, founder, or owner has the authority to register you as a member of the relevant hub for tournaments where participation is mandatory. By agreeing to participate in such tournaments, you give prior consent for the necessary membership procedures to be carried out by the team captain, founder, or owner on your behalf.
By registering for a User Account and/or participating in any Competition offered on the Platform, provided that you are eligible for use of the Platform, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to, during the validity of these Terms, access and use the Platform, solely for your personal & non-commercial use and solely for the purposes stipulated hereunder. This license is revocable at any time without notice and with or without cause. Our exercise of such right shall not entitle you to any remuneration.
The use of the Platform or any particular Service may be subject to the applicable fees and other payments set out in Clause 8.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform and its content, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, images, trademarks, service marks, logos, and designs, pictures, video, information, applications, software, music, sound and other files, and their selection and arrangement are the proprietary property of the Company, its users or its licensors. You acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in the Platform or its content, and that you shall not modify, copy, distribute, frame, reproduce, republish, download, display, post, transmit in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without the Company’s prior written permission, the Platform or its content. For avoidance of doubt, the foregoing does not apply to your own User Content.
You agree to respect the Company's intellectual property rights and to use the Platform and its content only for the purposes and in the manner expressly permitted hereunder. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the Platform, or to use the Platform or its content to create any derivative works. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Platform or its content.
Your use of the Platform and Services hereunder may, depending on what functions of the Platform you wish to use or which Services you wish to access, require you to pay fees accordance with the applicable price list made available on the Platform time-to-time.
We reserve the right to change our pricing policy or business model at any time, prior notice of which will be posted on the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform following such modifications, you agree to be bound by such modifications.
You acknowledge that the outcome of the Games and Competition offered through the Service depend on the skill levels of each User participating in each Game or tournament as well as the number of Users participating in each Game.
All cash prizes will be issued in cash by a deposit directly into the bank account that the winner will notify to the Company. We reserve the right to verify your identity in connection with the payment of cash prize by, for instance, checking your ID or any other proof of eligibility, for security purposes. The prizes of users who are under 18 years of age will be deposited into their guardian’s account upon their approval.
All cash prizes are denominated in TL (Turkish Lira) unless otherwise stated. The results and winners of each Game or Competition in the Service will be determined with actual game and server data as well as by us, where necessary. All such determinations are final. By registering and/or participating in any Competition or Game, you agree to be bound by aforementioned determinations.
Company will pay or deliver the prize to the winner within 30 days of the winner's written request.
For avoidance of doubt, we are under no obligation to provide and does not guarantee any prizes, offers or winnings offered by third-party organizers.
Each User is responsible to pay applicable taxes on any winnings (e.g. cash prize) derived from the Service, in accordance with the law of each and every country where the User is liable to pay taxes. We do not take any responsibility in ensuring that you pay the proper taxes, neither in relation to you, nor in relation to authorities.
For the payment of prize money or similar awards resulting from a competition:
Service includes functions for (i) uploading, posting, linking and communicating and otherwise making Content available for others on the Platform and (ii) connecting your game accounts to your User Profile. You are at all times responsible for the Content uploaded or otherwise made available under your User Account. You warrant that you are either the owner of or you hold a valid license to post the Content you have uploaded. The Content or your use of the Content must at all times comply with the principles contemplated under Clause 13 (Code of Conduct). You understand and agree that the Company may, but is not obligated to, review the Content and may delete or remove (without notice) any Content in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including Content that violates this Terms, or Code of Conduct stipulated here.
By posting Content to any part of the Platform, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to us an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part) and distribute such Content and your name, voice, likeness and other identifying information included in Content for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise, on or in connection with the Platform or the promotion thereof, to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such Content.
We are not and shall not be liable or responsible for any Third Party Content and do not control its availability. Should you leave the Platform via a link or use Third Party Content, you do so at your own risk. If you are redirected to linked sites, applications and content, we recommend you to carefully read and abide by the terms of use and privacy policies of such sites, applications and content.
By registering for a User Account, you grant us the right to:
You understand that except for the Services offered and advertisements published by us on the Platform, the Services and the Platform are available for your personal, non-commercial and lawful use only. You represent, warrant and agree that you shall not:
Company prohibits any activity that can be considered what is commonly referred to as “spam”, including, but not limited to:
Company will immediately terminate or suspend the User Account of Users whose spam activities are validated. Furthermore, such User’s winnings may be avoided at the Company’s sole discretion. Company reserves the right to lift suspensions at any time at its sole discretion.

We have the right to send e-mails to your registered address. Our goal is to provide you with relevant information, which can include newsletters and offers. You may at any time opt out if you wish to no longer receive said e-mails, by clicking the unsubscribe button in the undesirable email.
We may examine the individual unit and the IP-address(es) associated with your User Account to ensure that your User Account is used in accordance with these Terms.
We utilize targeting cookies for marketing, promotions and advertising purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information on how we protect your personal information.
Company makes no representation or warranties in relation to the use, outcome or results of any Services. Platform is provided on an “as is”, “with all faults” and “as available” basis and the Company disclaim to the fullest extent permitted by law any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Company makes no representations or warranties: (i) that the Content or Third Party Content in the Platform is or will be accurate, complete or true; ii) that the Service and the Platform is or will be secure, timely, accurate, complete, uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free or other harmful components; (iii) that the results of using the Service will meet your requirements or expectations and specifically, that the use of the Service will result in your succeeding to accomplish any Game and subsequently receiving any gifts; (iv) as to your legal right to use the Service while participating in any Game, or (v) that any points, benefits, and entitlements will have any value to you or function in any anticipated manner, and (vi) any errors will be corrected.
Company shall not be liable for any security breaches which may occur in connection with the Service. Without limitation of the foregoing, the Company shall not be liable for the actions of hackers and other unauthorized third parties that may breach our security procedures. Company does not guarantee that the Service will be fault-free.
While the Company shall use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information, it specifically disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or material displayed on the Platform. Company disclaims any responsibility or liability for the deletion, failure to store, misdelivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material.
Company is not responsible or liable for Content posted by the Users, third parties, actions of any third party. Company disclaims any responsibility or liability for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material on the Internet through the Platform, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from the Company, or through or from the Platform will create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall the Company be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, pandemics, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third-parties.
You acknowledge and agree that we and our affiliates will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, whether under contractual agreement or tort, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from: (i) the use or inability to use the Service; (ii) the cost of getting substitute goods and services resulting from any products, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration (including hacking and tampering) of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of anyone in connection with the Service.
If, notwithstanding the other provisions of these Terms, we and our affiliates are found to be liable to you for any damage or loss which arise out of or is any way connected to your use of the Service, our and our affiliates’ liability shall in no event exceed the total amount of fees with respect to the Service that you have paid to us in the six (6) months prior to the date of the initial claim made against us and/or our affiliates.
By registering for a User Account and/or participating in any Services offered on the Platform, you accept to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates in respect of all claims, costs (including reasonable legal fees and costs), damages, liabilities and expenses or obligations of any kind, arising out of or in connection with your use or misuse of the Services and the Platform or any other violations by you of these Terms and any third party claim in respect of your use of the Services.
You may terminate your User Account at any time. Upon termination, (i) your right to use the Service will immediately cease, (ii) we will delete all your information from our systems, except for certain information required for archival purposes as further detailed in our Privacy Policy.
If we believe, at our sole discretion, that you have violated or are suspected of having violated these Terms and any additional terms applicable to your use of Services or failed to honour legitimate charges, you agree and acknowledge that we may:
For breaches of the Terms that are deemed by us, at our sole discretion, to be unintentional or less serious, first time offenders may receive an initial warning and may have their User Account suspended. Repeated offences will be deemed to be intentionally violating the Terms.
If there is no activity in your account for more than ninty (90) days (“Inactive Account”), we shall have the right to delete or terminate your account. We will contact you via your registered e-mail address to inform you that the User Account may be closed thirty (30) days from dispatching such e-mail, unless you log in. Should you not login to your User Account within the time stipulated herein, we will close your User Account.
You understand and agree that following the termination (including the closure of the Inactive Accounts), you will no longer have access to the account, and that any items, data and/or content therein, will be lost and no longer be available to you.
We will not grant any refund, compensation, or any other reimbursement in relation to the terminated User Account as per this Clause.
All provisions of these Terms of Use which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
These Terms enter into force on the day you accept it or access or use the Service and shall remain in effect until either one of the parties terminates it.
You may report (i) violation of our Anti-Spam Policy or Code of Conduct Policy or (ii) copyright infringement claim via Ticket System. In order to deal with complaints quickly, please provide clear information on the issues giving rise to the complaint. We will use its best efforts to promptly resolve tickets.
The failure of the Company to enforce at any time any of the provisions of these Terms, or the failure to require at any time performance by you of any of the provisions of these Terms, shall in no way be construed to be a present or future waiver of such provisions, nor in any way affect the right of the Company to enforce each and every such provision thereafter. The express waiver by the Company of any provision, condition or requirement of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any future obligation to comply with such provision, condition, or requirement.
You may not wholly or partly assign or pledge your rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party except with the prior written consent of the Company.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by the Company.
If any provisions of the Terms are deemed void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Turkish Republic.Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul (Çağlayan) courts.
